"You're not a freak!" She screamed "We'll talk to the headmistress!"

A tear slipped down Victoria's cheek. She brushed it away quickly.

Yes. I am a freak. How can Rebecca help me now?

Riley snapped awake with a gasp, and started breathing heavily looking around.

She wasn't sure what was going on, but with one last breath her eyes shut, and she was out cold again.

In her mind, she was in a peaceful dream world, her and Logan, sitting on the tailgate of a truck, staring at the sunset. But that all went away with a wicked snap of reality.

"Whats going on?!" She screamed, panicked, "Are you sure she's dead? Toria has wings? Ozzy Osbourne!"

And again, she was out cold.

Darren. Victoria's stomach dropped.

What angel has black wings? What if Darren doesn't even like me anymore?

"Darren wouldn't have said yes if hadn't thought you were gorgeous."

Lucinda put her hands out and floated over to Toria.

"Toria, you look smoking!" She said "The wings top it off!"

Riley looked around, "Where is she?"

Victoria stared down at the ground.

She closed her eyes, still beating her wings and getting a feel for them.

Slowly, the smallest trace of a smile crossed her lips. Then it was gone.
