Tyler walked in, setting his books on the edge of the table with something like a slap, and surveying them coolly.

"Unforgivables."

A few of them shifted uncomfortably, and he rolled his eyes, snapping,

"I got permission. Who can tell me about them?"

Jeremy raised his hand, certain of his answers.

"There are three. The Cruciatus, the Imperius, and Avada Kedavra."

He spoke unflinchingly, eyes betraying no sign of emotion.

"Mhmmm."

Tyler nodded, looking around the room until his eyes met the eyes of a dark-haired Leise.

"Let's have an example, shall we?"

he smirked.

"Imperio!"

and waited.

Logan had no idea what he had done. And why the Dark Arts professor was doing this to HIM.

But his mind went into peaceful oblivion, and a voice said in the back of his head, jump...jump out the window into the lake.....it's EASY! You can do it..........

Alright, he told the voice, blissfully unaware of his surroundings as Logan climbed to the windowsill.

Yes, now jump...jump!

The voice sang gleefully.

He nodded to it, crouching and preparing to spring off.

Then another voice awoke in the back of his head.

No!

It said, and it was like being slapped in the face.

Then he half-jumped and half-stopped himself, ending with him plunging towards the ground; not the lake.

Victoria cut back a disgusted shriek as the boy fell towards the ground.

Usually, she wouldn't care.

Plus, she liked Unforgivables.

But this was serious; he would die. And a Professor had done this!

She leapt from her seat and ran to the window, screaming a spell that she hoped would keep him alive.

"Aresto Momentum!"

No promises there...

At the last moment Logan shut his eyes.

It seemed as if he had started to slow, it must have been the blonde-haired girl's spell.

And then everything went black, and it hurt.

"Man, I wish I knew what to do.." she muttered to herself, trying to think.

she didn't want him to die. she didn't want anyone to die. And even worse the professor had caused it all.

Yeah, why don't you just pile 100 more bricks on our shoulders and tell us to run a mile while you drag us through the mud and beat us with a stick!!??

She bit her lip, hoping the Leise kid was alright. She didn't know him, but still..
